Meeting

So today has been a busy day!! Dustin and I spent several hours today thinking and scribbling to pound out some details for fundraisers. So here are some updates:

• January 1st- We want you to shoot for 20 people to send out letters to. This does NOT include people who attend Manheim BIC. We are sending out a mass mailing to everyone at church so they don't get doubles. Bring your list and stamps (or you can take them home and stamp them). You are more than welcome to come anytime after 12. My house will be open for the rest of the night.
  
• January 4th- Our first fundraiser! We are going to have the soup and salad open from 10 to 1 (so invite people from outside the church to come too :) We are asking that each one of you bring an item for the salad bar and a dessert to serve 15. I will be calling with more details, so expect to hear from me! We will need you all to be at the church by 9:00, if not earlier for food prep. We are going to have some other youth help us! We will have things for ALL of you to do, so be prepared to work :)
  
• January 4th- We will also be handing out the "Hire a Student" cards. I need to get from each of you the things you like to do and little details. For instance- I like to babysit, do out door chores, and clean house. I also play basketball so I am only available on weekends or not until March.
  
• March 28th- We will be helping with a basketball tournament. There will be more details to come

Date???- Since we are doing a sports camp, we thought it would be cool to do a lock in that includes getting sponsorship for spinning or walking at the Lititz Rec Center. This is not a definite, but I will be finding more details soon!
